Understanding advance care planning

Advance care planning is a process of planning for future health and personal care.

Decision Assist presents a series of webinars to guide you through the fundamentals of advance care planning. At the end of the webinar series you will:

  • be familiar with the principles of advance care planning
  • understand how advance care planning can benefit the people you care for
  • examine ways on how you can integrate advance care planning into the care you provide.
